Edward J. Shenk, Ed.D.
The editor provides a preview of next edition’s topic on Leadership Development and the submission deadline of February 16th. The article requirements are also included.
The Editor would like to invite writers to submit articles for the Winter edition of the iJournal on Leadership Development: Where are our future leaders? The Editorial Board would like articles exploring the opportunities available to prepare future presidents, vice-presidents, deans, mid-level mangers and department chairs. Another focus would be the competencies needed to be a leader in the 21st century, the required training, the level of administrative experience and stories by seasoned leaders from which others can learn.
If this topic is of interest, articles should be 500-1500 words in a word document with research resources noted. Additionally, an abstract of the article, a short bio of the author with a picture attached to an e-mail and key words for a Google search are required. Submissions can be made at any time up to February 16th, 2007. Inquires and submittals can be sent to Dr. Ed Shenk, Editor at editor@ijournal.us In advance, thank you for your interest.
