Within the student services arena of the community colleges of California, there is a need to share experiences, perspectives, policies, best practices, and other organizational knowledge that is portable to the colleges within the system.
By sharing this organizational knowledge, the sponsors of this electronic journal, California Community Colleges hope to enhance communication, improve internal functions, improve management practices among the colleges, and provide better service to students.
iJournal: Insight into Student Services is designed for all student services managers and staff and, by intent, provides a platform for them to give voice to timely issues, present ideas, raise questions, and initiate discussion.
