| Articles for the journal will be selected from a variety of sources including those solicited by the editorial board, papers given at conferences or meetings, material produced by the editor, and articles submitted independently by individuals. All material must be relevant to programs within student services, student services professionals, and/or community colleges.
The types of articles to be included in the journal will include informative reports, research studies, reviews, personal perspectives/opinion pieces, descriptive articles about programs such as "best practices," presentations or papers given at conferences or meetings, special reports, and interviews. The material submitted should be the original work of the author with references used within the text cited at the bottom of the document.
Material should be submitted as a word document, in excel, or using standard PDF formatting. The article should range between 500-1,500 words; 2-6 double-spaced, typed pages. Also, please provide a title for the article, 3-10 key words or short phrases to be used for indexing purposes, and author information including name, institutional affiliation, phone, and email.
Once the article is accepted for inclusion in the journal, it becomes the property of iJournal and may be reproduced, transmitted, published, and distributed in any form or medium. The material may not be reproduced by others in any form without consent from iJournal.
